Draft for private review. Email delivery and retention details still need to be confirmed before the site is opened to the public. Contact the organiser at hello@elitecarconnections.com.

What we collect

If you join the early list, we store your first name, email address, car make and model, your town or area, and any optional car year and postcode area you provide. We also record when you signed up and the wording of your email consent.

Why

We use your area and car details to plan future meets. If you choose to join the email list, we’ll use your email to send Elite Car Connections meet and community updates. Your details are not displayed on the site.

Event applications

When a meet is confirmed and you apply for a car space, we store your name, email, car make and model, area, the event and application time. The organiser reviews applications against the event rules and may mark an entry ineligible before the random draw. We use these details to manage the meet and contact selected applicants. Applying does not subscribe you to community emails or guarantee a space.

Website analytics

We offer a separate choice to use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to this site. The Google analytics script loads only if you select “Accept analytics”; rejecting it does not affect your ability to use the site or join the email list. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google may set analytics cookies when you accept. Our measurement ID is G-0H8BXQYNTL.

Your choices

To withdraw your email consent or ask for your details to be removed, email hello@elitecarconnections.com. A mailing service and an unsubscribe link in each update will be added before we send community emails.

Storage and access

Signup and event application records are stored in the site’s private database. Only the organiser should access them. We will complete this notice with service providers and retention information before inviting the public to sign up.
